THE MINCER
The basic unit EMS 70-2 is a particularly powerful and robust mincer - Made in Germany - which has proven itself in worldwide use through its easy handling and stability.
The motor casing, base struts and the removable filling bowl - capacity 3 litres - are made of stainless steel. The smooth, ground or polished surfaces of these parts can be cleaned quickly and easily.
A reverse gear, as well as a three-part cutting set are part of the standard equipment.
The complete mincing unit can be easily removed by a simple handle and is therefore easy to clean. The screw housing, screw and union nut are made of bright tin-plated grey cast iron. Together with the filling bowl, they form the processing attachment, which can be removed fully assembled and stored cooled when work is interrupted.
The screw housing is perfectly matched to the screw and the cutting set. This ensures perfect processing of the meat and minimal processing residues in the screw housing.
