The engine cowling, base struts and the removable filling bowl – capacity 3 liters – are made of stainless steel. The smooth, ground or polished surfaces of these parts can be cleaned quickly and easily.
A reverse gear and a three-part cutting set are part of the standard equipment.
The complete grinder unit can be easily removed with a simple handle and is therefore easy to clean. Wolf housing, worm and union nut are made of bright tin-plated gray cast iron. Together with the filling bowl, they form the processing attachment, which can be removed completely assembled and stored in a cool place when work is interrupted.
The auger housing is perfectly matched to the auger and cutting set. This ensures perfect processing of the meat and minimal processing residue in the snail shell.
