The current company was founded after the end of the war on August 1, 1945 by Mr. Theodor Graßhoff and Mr. Gustav Czerwinski in Fritzlar GERMANY.

In 1947, the company was relocated to Wabern and the first electric motors were built in-house industry and agriculture. Our customer base even back then reached as far as Holland and Norway.
In the 1950s, the company specialized in the production and sale of geared motors for domestic slaughter grinders. Among other things, the company built the first electrically operated series meat grinder.
With the entry of Dipl. Ing. Dieter Graßhoff in 1963, our delivery program was continuously expanded and modernized, so that our machines are still known worldwide today.
